This lesson was fantastic. This depicts how to properly run a class and how not to. The drastic comparisons in the two videos was fantastic. The first video was very hard to watch and it was very hard to understand because of the tone of the teacher and his actions. The second video was much more pleasant to watch and was far easier to understand. It was easier to understand because the teacher spoke clearer, he used hand gestures and miming, he also smiled and learned the students names. In the second video the teacher made an effort to get all of the students to participate in the class. This lesson was by far the most useful for me. It shows not only what kind of body language and attitude to have during a class, but also how to effectively execute an ESA lesson plan.
