I like that this unit shares the problems one can face when dealing with different students that face different problems. I think reluctant students are the most difficult. Although it would seem that reluctant students are most likely younger beginners, its helpful to have extra activities at hand. The examples given can help prep a teacher. It is important to be over prepared than under prepared. I like that this unit is more of a reminder of how to overcome situations especially on your first lesson. Building a good rapport and not showing defeat will really set the tone for future classes.
