Understanding who are audience, will direct what and how we can teach our students better. Each group of students will have different needs and our job is to be assist them. Because depending on what kind of group of students we are teaching (individual, beginner, or etc), there will be certain advantages and disadvantages to teach English. Some will either have no or little English experience and we will have adapt our lesson plans to the students. All in all, I feel that our interaction as a teacher is most important. How we approach the lessons, is how we can better connect with our students. Rather than pointing out wrongs, but working together to achieve goal.
