This course went over conditionals and reported speech. I learned a lot about the zero conditional, the first conditional, the second conditional, the third conditional, and the mixed conditional. These were new to me and interesting to learn about. I also learned about reporting speech and what the tenses of each parts of speech change to. This was also something that I have forgotten from English class and it was fun and interesting to learn about.Unit 13 describes the pronunciation and phonology in English, explains the different aspects stress, rhythm and intonation. It also describes the different rules for word stressing and intonation in the sentences. and suggests several ways to teach these aspects and usages. For me is quite interesting the section were the use of the phonetic chart is explained because it gives me an accurate view of the differences between written and spoken english.
