The parts of speech unit revealed how to classify each word in a sentence by their purpose and/or and their added meaning. There were a lot of rules what I forgot with time , now with the help of this unit, i know WHY and HOW do we use them correctly, and how do I teach them with consciousness. I realised that i have to practise and get further knowledge in grammar to be able to teach flawless and with confidence.
I found the test a bit too easy, it doesn`t really reflect my lack of knowledge about the topicIn my opinion, this unit was very useful for me in providing detailed information about the usages for each past tense. The explanations were very clear and the activity ideas were useful as well. In addition, I did learn various ways of introducing the grammar concepts on the board while having students study the past tense forms. Finally, the video demonstrated worksheets that I could utilize for students that are visual learners. In conclusion, I did find this unit very useful for every teaching stage.
