Unit 16 taught me a lot about conditional sentences. I had never realized that there were different kinds of conditionals, so I paid extra attention to them. I can see how they would cause trouble to those learning English. The suggested activities for practicing them were very helpful as always. The reported speech and direct speech section was also something new to me. I use it regularly, but I have never stopped to see how my verb tenses change. I feel like this was one of the better lessons in this course.This unit described various teaching methodologies and these techniques should be applied differently depending on the teaching environment (student, culture, etc.) and the teacher's characteristics. This course explained the \"Engage-Study-Activate\" methodology in much detail and showed examples of classroom activities that can be carried per stage. Also, this unit discussed the importance of effectively giving feedback to students and that there is a clear difference between a student's error and a mistake.
