With regards to teaching business english one needs to remember to adapt your approach from that which you would generally use when teaching english in school classrooms. It is also important to remember that you are not teaching them business but rather english.
Last but not least, the monolingual and multilingual class teaching can be an advantage for the teacher because the common language of the classroom will be english therefore the students will be forced to communicate in english and not in their native languages.
