This unit talks about teaching children, beginners, and 1:1. This unit exposes you to the many tools, and techniques that should be applied to those respective areas. Teaching 1:1 is a less formal teaching environment and the teacher ends up doing/participating since it will only be the learner and the teacher. It is imperative to have more activities that is needed to ensure that you don't run out of material. Having a 1:1 makes for the lesson to go faster, as opposed to having several learners in the class. What I got from this unit is to be prepared, assess your teaching situation, and use many of the ideas and tools that are provided in this unit.
