This unit focused ob teaching writing and speaking skills. This can be a challenge for students as their native language may not use an English alphabet. Speaking can also be a challenge for students as it requires a greater amount of fluency in order to communicate smoothly and avoid regular misunderstandings. The part I like the most about this unit was the examples of putting together a lesson and the some of the different options for teaching writing and speaking skills. Using games seems to be something that should often be included in a lesson. When something is fun people tend to be interested in the material.
