Truly this lesson is the hit, in my opinion managing classroom require the most holistic methodology and heart with good discretion of student. I heard that teachers brain is working five times more than surgeon's brain in every hour. Clearly this unit persuade me to believe teaching as a holistic brain exercise to practice. Most of all, I strongly agree that establishing encouraging and motivating rapport and class spirit is the key role to manage successful class. Not only demonstrating well prepared teaching skill but also applying how to elicit from the student to create engaging class atmosphere is my best take from this lesson. Also, understanding individual's difference in depth will greatly promote to organize class setting for pairing. Engaging teacher who truly can read and gently yet firmly will lead the class for a success for all.
