This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 20 introduces us to trouble shooting ideas. Given my teaching experience, I familiarize myself with a number of these activities. In my school age days, I was required to fill out a 3x5 index card that had some run-of-the-mill information...not engaging by any means. Once in college, and eventually being expected to enter into group work, our professors asked more of us. We shared, we played games like \"pass the ball,\" we put ourselves out there and role played, and we were all better for it. When we laugh and talk we become comfortable sitting in a room together, and we can offer our thoughts and answers without feeling shy or judged. I understand why this module is called Troubleshooting, and I find it one of the most important.
