This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit was about lesson planning. I think it's important to plan a lesson, especially at the beginning of your teaching career. You don't have to write down every little detail but it's nice to have something to look at when you feel like you're forgetting your learners target or if you get too flexible, it's good to get back on track.
I think it's nice to have some notes on paper not only during the lesson itself, but also to keep a record of what you've been teaching your class (especially if you have more than 1 class). And if you get sick it's always nice when someone's covering for you, to have a bit of information about the class, what they have been up to and how far they have come.
