The two videos in this unit illustrate very effectively the importance of positive attitude from the teacher. In the first video is very clear how the teacher's behavior is stressing the students, not allowing them to relax and be ready to learn. The try for engaging the students is very poor and that is why the students are confused and I not participating.
The different attitude the teacher demonstrates int the two videos is show how a good teacher should motivate and engage the students without sacrificing the learning material.
Additionally, it demonstrates how that approach is actually helping the students to learn more and more efficiently when they are active participants in the class.
