The content of this unit is about teachers and learners. I have learned some characteristics of a good teacher, such as being kind, patient, love teaching and having knowledge of the subject. I also learned good characteristics of a good learner such as willingness to listen to the language, willingness to ask questions and accepting being corrected and learning from their mistakes. I also learned about the differences between young learners and adults. Specifically their motivations, an adult learner might join an English course to increase his or her income, and a young learner would not have much of a motivation as he or she might have been registered into an English course by his or her parents.
