I have learned from two different videos as the examples of ineffective and effective classes. The first class is considered the ineffective class because the students were not engaged, the students were scared and did not seem to enjoy the class, which causing the lack of participation and therefore, they were not learning well. The whole class was not happy and could not focused on learning.
The second class showed a more balanced class. The teacher seemed to be enjoying being in the class as well as the students. The students were clearly participating more and seemed more relaxed and happy. The teacher's attitude and his speaking loud and clear helped the students to engage in the lesson more.
