I have learned a lot in this unit about aspects of English grammar that I never knew existed or thought about. Phrasal verbs I imagine are particularly difficult for English language learners as it seems like a non-native speaker just has to memorize the way each one works. I appreciated the advice to try to drop phrasal verbs that have been taught in class into conversation as much as possible to expose the students to the ways they work. I can imagine that phrasal verbs in particular are best to learn by hearing used repeatedly and in different contexts. I imagine that many of the aspects of grammar in this section would be best taught to more advanced English classes as they seem a bit complicated.
