I have learned many interesting roles that a teacher must play as for a student to learn. What I mean by this a teacher must approach students in a way that they can learn to the best of their ability by being guided in the right direction for the student. For example a teacher may have to act as a prompter to encourage the student along to better understand what they are doing and catch on. Teachers use these roles as tools for their students. This way the student can still learn while being guided in the right path. Students and teachers build a relationship which helps teachers understand which ways they need to guide and help the student to reach the students goal and understanding of the language.
