This unit made me more clear about how to manage a classroom, especially how to establish rapport with students, how to make disciplines and how to control TTT and STT. To be a teacher, you have to know about your students well when you engage to do some activities. If students are shy and reluctant to talk , you had not better force them but encourage them to talk slowly with your help. And according to different numbers of students, you can arrange seating. I prefer to use circular, because it provides a relaxing and amusing atmosphere to students to enjoy this classroom , and they can talk freely without any worries. In a conclusion, this unit is very practical for teachers to manage their classrooms.
