This unit elaborated on the ins and outs of expressing and elaborating one's ideas, emotions, plans, events and other linguistic subject matter in the future tense. Through this unit I was able to review the functions of helping verbs in the future tense and the common usages of the seven most common future tenses. Going forward, these fundamentals will help me teach my students to understand the appropriate usage of particular future tenses - which will be dependent on the time of action versus initiation of intention and the \"present\" state of being within the future scenario among other important components. Needless to say, this unit will presumably be of frequent reference in my future classroom.
