In this unit I was given an overview of lesson plans and structures. The unit gave an order and names to the sections of lesson plans, so that they can later be pieced together and put to use. The Engage, Study, Active structure gave examples of lessons in the form of games that can help in an actual classroom setting in order to engage the students and give them a fun experience while learning a new language. I personally found the examples of word games very helpful and will utilize them in the future. The unit also gave these games a structure and order to follow, so I won't just be using random games in any order. This way each game has a follow up so that the new words and lesson can be fully absorbed.
