The future tense has the 4 aspects as the present and the past tense. Besides that it is also possible to express future actions by making use of be going + infinitive, the present simple and the present continuous. Technically these are present tense, the semantically added meaning of future reference comes through the adverbs used.
I learned the difference between the different future tensen, how these most likely are confused witch each other and with the present tense. Sometimes the differences are only minor. e.g for expressing predictions different aspects can be used. Therefore it is good to teach different aspects at the same time and make it clear to the students what the differences in usage are.
