After watching both the videos i can see just how important the teacher conducts his or herself. for example the teacher in the first video was simply there never striving to improve anything. Also there are some teachers, as in video one who do not know the content knowledge well enough to teach it, so any questions that the students may be confused about get left unanswered. A teacher can avoid this awkward moment and overcome through preparation beforehand. All teachers should thoroughly prepare for any lesson before they teach it to make sure they understand what they are going to be teaching. A teacher who is not able to teach properly may result in students becoming disrespectful, rude bored and tired.
