This unit focused on various methods of how to teach. There are many different types of ways to teach. Many have debated, what the best method is, serval have been discussed in this unit. I have learnt one of the best methods is the “ESA†(Engage, Study, and Activate) approach. Because it lets students have language exposure, teacher input and allows for language discovery. Many other benefits from this method are discussed as well. This is by far the best method of teaching, because the lesson can be broken up into sections that the teacher can manage.
I enjoyed learning about how and when correction should be given. The diffidence between a mistake and an error was something that I have overlooked.
