This Unit was really helpful in terms of understanding the difference between effective and non effective teaching. From this Unit I could learn that approach, attitude and simple gestures of the teacher really helps or encourages students to participate in the class. A well planned lesson can easily achieve the set objectives and goals. when teacher speaks slowly and clearly it helps students to understand the concept easily. I have also learned that teacher should involve all the students equally during the lesson. Teacher should use names of students, should smile while asking them something, should praise them for their efforts.
