Unit 19 was quite a fun unit, and I greatly enjoyed the breakdown of different types of language learners, from young learners to groups with a particular company. I appreciated the breakdown of typical points to be aware of depending on audience, such as a classroom full of company workers who are tired from a long day working, compared to high energy levels of young school children who are not so much learning the language out of choice (and then of course many, if not all, of the office workers could similarly be without an option to choose.) Having an idea of the typical dynamics of say, one-on-one language study compared to a classroom full of young children, helps give a sense of preparedness to the teacher.
