Unit 17 covers teaching equipment. The different types covered are white/black boards, interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, visual aids, worksheets and work cards, cassette recorders, CD players, videos and DVDs, video cameras, dictionaries, course books, resource books, photocopiers, computers, and online resources. The unit then explains what each resource is, how to use it, issues that might need to be addressed, and what to do with each resource. The unit also gives many examples of online resources that can be used in the classroom. I don't feel like I necessary learned a lot from this lesson, but I do feel like I gained a powerful resource to help guide me in using teahcing equipment in the classroom.
