What i have learnt from these videos is how the behaviour of a teacher can have a huge influence on the students throughout the lesson. It is important to have a lesson plan but to use it in a flexible manner without adding new topics (basing the lesson on the aspect you want to teach) as not to create confusion.
It is also important to build a good report with the students and keep the lesson stimulating so that the students don't get bored or annoyed. Using body language, name learning and gestures are very important because it allows the teacher to interact with the students therefore involving them more in the activities throughout the lesson.
One needs to remember to keep the student motivated and encouraged.
