Unit 5 deals with classroom management. In this module, several techniques on how to manage and maintain discipline in the classroom was elaborated. One of the things that I was able to reflect on is my gestures in the class. As a teacher, we need to be cautious in every action or movement that we do inside the class like , for example, instead of pointing a student it's better to have an open hand.
Aside from maintining discipline, different classroom arrangements also help in diverting the focus from the teacher to the students.
