This unit provided with me information on the different roles of teachers that are in a classroom as well as the qualities that a good teacher needs in order to create a safe and fun environment for the students to practice/ learn english. The unit also covered the differences between adult and young learners when comes to them being in a learning environment as well as the differant levels of language learning. I learned quite a bit about the roles of a teacher in the classroom and the need to be able to switch between roles and to recognize when wich role is needed when interacting with the students. I found this unit to be really easy to understand and to learn from because of the way it was broken up into sections.
