When troubleshooting potential problems, one can often find the solution by tackling the source of the problem. For example, if your class is reluctant with working together, that means they're not comfortable with each other. So you must find a way to get them comfortable through rapport building and establishing that trust. There are a number of different problem one can come across while teaching a class, such as students having different levels, excessive use of native language, a large class, etc. The key is not giving up and avoiding the problem like some teachers would avoid the listening text exercises. There's usually a solution to the problems and most of it can be mitigated by having a great classroom dynamic.
