This unit taught me new terms such as the conditionals, as well as the difference between direct and reported speech. Still it wasn't one of my favorite lessons. Mainly because in dealing with the conditionals and direct or reported speech it brought back the mind blowing confusion I got from remembering is this suppose to be present past, past prefect continuous, etc. as well as which one does it change to when it goes from direct speech to reported. Just shows me that if I were to teach this (which I doubt I would at the moment, except maybe my 6th graders), I would definitely need to review it myself before I do. But hey that's the point of lesson planning. I can have a little guideline and activities already planned.
