This unit provides us with Information about lesson plans and the importantance of keeping a record of lesson plans. It mentions the benefit of creating a lesson plan, some mentiond are for organisation purposes and to keep for an aid in class, and to set goals and keep track of progress. The unit mentions what should be included in a lesson plan, a few of these mentioned were learning objectives, procedure, anticipated problems, teaching aid, what was achieved, time, date and level. An example of a lesson plan was given and also suggested to keep a self evaluation form. This self evaluation stage discusses if aims were met, problems that may have occured, strenght and weakness of each ESA phase and areas of improvement.
