This unit was very interesting because when learning something new like a language or a skill, you have to think about the different factors in the learning process. I believe it’s necessary for the teacher to be interested in what they're teaching because it will motivate their student to want to continue learning a new language or skill. When you’re teaching in the classroom, you have to determine what type of role you will be using depending on your teaching method -- whether it's organizer, manager, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model or observer -- and the type of students you have and their eagerness to learn. The teacher must always be encouraging and understanding of each student.
