In this unit, I have learnt common problem situations which are likely to be in English teacher’s career. I found a lot of tips, activities and ideas which can help at the first lesson. I learnt great practical recommendations about teaching large classes. I think that it is very difficult for new teachers to conduct the lesson in the class of 80 or 100 students effectively if a teacher has not had previous experience, and those tips can help. I have studied useful information about what to do when teachers encounter reluctant students who may not have a proper motivation or who have any other reason for not participating efficiently. Although this unit is short, it is very informative anyway. I enjoyed it very much.
