There are 3 things that I found to be beneficial from the content of this unit. First, the descriptors of different roles that a teacher should play within the classroom setting were an excellent reminder to constantly be assessing my modes of teaching. In part, always keeping in mind that it is not about my teaching that is beneficial for my students but their learning. Secondly, the material that covered the differences between having adult and young learners can be extremely helpful in motivating each student's level as well as creating more applicable lessons for them. Finally, gaining a better understanding of the languages levels are helpful in assisting to determine each students needs, progress and future lessons.
