There are a lot of different methods and techniques. One of the most effective methods is ESA method. This method has tree main elements: engage, study and activate. During the Engage phase teacher can use different games, pictures, song and other activities to engage all students before the study stage. The Study phase can include eclication, spelling, meaning, word order and analysis activities. During the Activate phase surveys, communication games, role-play, debate can be used to make all the students use the language. The feedback is very imporntant. It can be in many forms, such as setting tests, correcting, checking the answers.The correction can be made by the student (self-correction), by another student or teacher.
