This unit, Teachers and learners examined qualities, roles and responsibilities of both teachers and students in the classroom. It was centralized on crucial points. Concerning teachers, we can have: What makes a good teacher? The role of the teacher and which role and when? Beside the characteristics of the teacher, this lesson developed many factors concerning learners such as What makes a good learner? Age, Learning experience, Motivation, Nervousness, Language awareness, Behavior problems, Life experience, Cultural and first language and Language level. In the first view, we can say that learners have more rules to respect than the teacher. But we will bear in mind that a good teacher will most likely have good students.
