The essential equipments to teach a class are a white/black board, visual aids, worksheets/work cards, course books, resource books, a photocopier, laptops/tablets. In the event that there is no wifi connection in the classroom, the teacher can bring a tablet and use his/her own mobile internet data to access information online. The tablet will allow to play videos, create visual aids, search for words in a virtual dictionary and occasionally record students during activities. Students will also be able to communicate live with native speakers via FaceTime or Skype. This of course can be a problem if the class is big and the tablet is too small. An interactive whiteboard and an overhead projector can also be used in the classroom.
