There are different methodologies about teaching English. ESA is a very practical method and means Engage-Study-Activate.It is a very practical method because it permits students to be relax as they discover English.The students are exposed to the language and have the opportunity to use it.During the Engage stage, the students are not corrected for it is to get them comfortable expressing what they already know. During the Study stage, the teacher will elicit the students about the theme they are going to study next and will then could give the students a worksheet. During the Activate stage, the students put into practice what they learned while being creative.I learned that the teacher should let the student try to correct him/herself and let other students correct before doing any correction.
