When teaching students English, it is important to encourage them not to use their native language in class but English instead. Depending on which special group you have, the teacher would have to adapt their material accordingly. Don't rush your lessons, revise, let the stronger students help the weaker, be sensitive to their needs and interests, and use repetition. The teacher's behavior and attitude is very instrumental to a student's learning. When teaching business students,the teacher's expertise should only be in teaching English, not business. It is important however to be familiar with the business to make the vocabulary and situations relevant.
