Having reviewed this unit, I have brushed up my knowledge on 3 major clusters of the English grammar, such as modal verbs (also known as modals), phrasal verbs, and the usage of passive voice. All these notions present difficulty to students, which can only be eradicated through constant practice. The major problem with phrasal verbs lies in the abundance of meanings they may have. As far as passive voice is concerned, I believe that it doesn?t present an arduous task as long as students know how to form and when to use it. Modal verbs can also hardly be called a difficult topic to comprehend should one learn the rules and the difference in their meanings. However, I cannot deny that all the above-mentioned notions need to be thoroughly explained and studied.
