I have learned a lot especially about how the lessons should be managed. The class organization, students seating places, how should the teacher use his position in the class, how to manage troubled students, how to use voice and the presence. I’ve been teaching for years and always have trusted my intuition it was nice to find out that mostly I have done correctly.
I’ve learned also a lot about the grammar that I didn’t study at school and definitely I have discovered that internet can be the endless source in finding extra ideas for teaching and activity exercises. I have learned not to follow only the course book but to use other sources in order to make lessons more fun and interesting.
